Shipping policy

At In the Know Medical Imaging, we are dedicated to delivering your modality-specific apparel and medical imaging merchandise as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processing times, shipping rates, and delivery expectations.

1. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 EST, excluding holidays).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

We offer standard shipping across Ontario, Canada, and select regions. Total estimated delivery time includes both processing and transit time.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been packaged and handed over to the carrier, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your package in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to activate on the carrier's portal.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We ship directly to the address provided during order placement. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at intheknowmedicalimaging@gmail.com before your order enters processing.
